Counter-Notification Procedure (Gegendarstellung)

If your project was removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or misidentified copyright notice, you have the right under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) and Art. 20 DSA to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your name, address, and email.
Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your physical or electronic signature.
